The Radon Care Program is an annual maintenance and protection plan offered by Bird Dog Specialty Contracting for $297 per year.
Designed to give homeowners peace of mind, the program includes yearly radon system and home inspections, yearly re-testing of radon levels, re-sealing of any cracks or building alterations, free fan replacement covering both parts and labor, and priority service seven days a week.

We'll ensure any vulnerabilities are caught and addressed before they have a chance to impact your indoor radon levels.

If your radon mitigation fan fails at any point during your membership, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you, so you'll never be caught off guard by an unexpected repair bill.
As a Radon Care Program member, you are moved to the front of the line whenever you need service. Rather than waiting in the general service queue alongside non-members, you receive preferential scheduling that ensures your concerns are addressed quickly and without unnecessary delays.
Every radon mitigation system installed by Bird Dog Specialty Contracting comes with a 5-year transferable warranty. The system fan is covered by the manufacturer for 5 years from the date of installation, and all other system components are warranted for 5 years from the date of installation to be free of defects.
